Nice to meet you
ABOUT ME
My initial interest in psychotherapy started early on in high school when I discovered the world of psychology. Fast-forward a few years and I was picking cognitive behavioral therapy as my major at university. I find that psychotherapy has such a profound and positive impact on the psyche of any individual.
In my work, I like to place emphasis on self-reliance and self-discovery, meaning that I prefer to take the role of a facilitator or a mentor, rather than being the one with the answers. My methodology follows the current research in the field overall, and I take care of keeping on top of all new developments in the field.

My mother passes away and I was on my own. I watched feeling completely helpless as her health declined while on the prescribed treatment for her illness. Not knowing anything about sickness and dis-ease or western medicine, I figured she would get better and all would be well...until it wasn't. This experience was a defining moment in my life and I realized that my health was up to me...I was the only one in control of it - no one else.
my mission
beat the odds
Fast forward a few years and I found myself
So, I dove deep into the world of holistic health, becoming a lifelong student and practitioner. I explored everything from radical cleanses and mindset shifts to transformative bodywork. My goal? To crack the code of how the mind, body, and spirit work together.
Back in the day, before the internet made information accessible, I found my own path, gathering knowledge organically. Each discovery became a new way to thrive and stay healthy. It fueled my determination to find real solutions and answers to the big question: how do we take control of our health?
Today, as a Regenerative Health Practitioner, I help others blaze their own trails to wellness. Our bodies are amazing machines with an innate ability to heal and rejuvenate. By harnessing that power, we can lead vibrant, healthy lives.
Let’s work together to unlock your body's full potential and embrace a life of balance, energy, and vitality. It’s time to take charge and thrive.
When I was a junior in High School, my life got turned upside down.

Coming from a competitive sports background, the injury that ended up making me give up my career was a hard blow. With therapy, I was able to start building my identity around other things than just sport.
